Much like the off-track casino primer I offered, here are some details and notes about the eight racetracks that are licensed in Kentucky. Under Governor Beshear's plan, these eight tracks would operate seven casinos in the state with Keeneland and The Red Mile partnering to operate a casino in Lexington.
